Stacy Ash, birth doula since 2001
Part of my specialized training is in the area of bereavement birth services. You may be facing this path, and it is not an easy path to navigate. I will come alongside you as you work your way through this time. My experience is not just as a trained bereavement doula, but also personal, as a mom that has experienced loss. Your story is your own, and if you would like the support of a doula, I will be there with you.
As a birth and bereavement doula I offer my services free of charge to families experiencing pregnancy loss at any stage or a fatal diagnosis. Donations are not required but are accepted and will be used to underwrite my continued service to families experiencing loss.
If you are looking for resources as a family experiencing loss, as a mother, father, grandparent or friend - I would highly recommend http://www.stillbirthday.com/. Stillbirthday offers information and resources that will help you as the parent, or you as the loving support person.
